I'm a certified trauma recovery coach and domestic violence victims' advocate with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families reclaim safety, strength, and self-trust after experiencing trauma. My work is grounded in real-world experience, compassion, and a belief that healing is possible, even after life's hardest moments.
Before stepping fully into coaching and advocacy work, I volunteered as a first responder (EMT-B), an experience that shaped my calm, steady approach in high-stress situations and strengthened my understanding of crisis, resilience, and the nervous system under pressure. That background continues to impact how I support clients today with belief, clarity, empathy, and respect.
I am a proud mom of 2 incredible teens, and they are at the heart of everything I do. We live in a rural community on a small acreage, where life is busy, meaningful, and often a little crazy. Our home is shared with plenty of critters, lots of projects, and the kind of daily lessons that only country living can teach.
Community involvement is a cornerstone of my life. I actively volunteer with youth rodeo organizations and lead several 4-H clubs in shooting sports, horse, and swine projects. Supporting young people as they build confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills is both a passion and a privilege.
As both a professional coach, advocate, and someone with lived experience, I strive to bring authenticity, safety, and hope into every space I hold. My goal is to walk alongside others as they heal, grow, and move forward- on their own terms, at their own pace, and it's an honor to be on this journey with you.
